Portable Pulsed Laser Cleaning Machine
The Master Blasters Laser Portable Pulsed Laser Cleaning Machine brings professional pulsed laser cleaning into a compact wheeled case with a telescoping pull handle. Available in 200W and 300W configurations, it is designed for mobile surface-cleaning work where portability and process control are priorities.
Pulsed laser technology delivers energy in controlled pulses rather than as a continuous beam. Adjustable operating parameters allow the cleaning process to be matched to different substrates, coatings, contaminants, and desired finishes.
Designed for Controlled Professional Cleaning
The portable pulsed system may be appropriate for applications such as:
- Paint and coating removal
- Rust, light corrosion, and oxide removal
- Oil stains and surface contamination removal
- Tooling and mold cleaning
- Weld-seam cleaning
- Restoration and maintenance of compatible metal, stone, or wood surfaces
Actual cleaning performance depends on the substrate, coating or contaminant, buildup thickness, surface condition, operating parameters, desired finish, and operator technique. Application testing is recommended before full-scale use.
Why Choose a Portable Pulsed Laser?
The suitcase-style enclosure combines integrated wheels and a telescoping pull handle for transport between work areas. The air-cooled design does not require an external water chiller.
The 300W MB-P300B configuration combines a handheld dual-axis cleaning head, multiple scan patterns, and a 7-inch touchscreen. Both the 200W and 300W versions weigh approximately 66 lb. The 300W configuration has a cleaning head weighing approximately 3.3 lb and a standard 5 m connection cable.
Choose 200W for $10,500 or 300W for $11,500. The correct system should be selected according to the substrate, contamination, desired finish, production requirements, and heat sensitivity of the workpiece.

Pulsed vs. Continuous Laser Cleaning
Continuous-wave systems deliver a steady stream of laser energy and are commonly selected when aggressive production speed on suitable robust metal surfaces is the priority.
Pulsed systems deliver energy in individual pulses, providing additional control through pulse characteristics and scanning parameters. This can offer greater flexibility when substrate preservation, finish quality, or selective material removal is important.
The appropriate technology should be selected according to the application rather than wattage alone.
Built to Order
Each Master Blasters Laser system is built to order.
Production and Delivery Timing
Master Blasters Laser cleaning machines are built to order. Please allow 10–15 business days for production. After production is complete, expedited air-freight delivery typically requires an additional 15–20 business days. The total estimated time from order to delivery is approximately 25–35 business days. Applicable tariffs are included unless otherwise stated in writing before purchase.
Before purchasing, customers are encouraged to provide:
- Material and substrate information
- Photographs of the workpiece
- Type of rust, paint, coating, residue, or contamination
- Approximate buildup thickness
- Component dimensions
