SHIPPING POLICY

Machine Orders

Master Blasters Laser cleaning machines are built to order. Please allow 10–15 business days for production. After production is complete, expedited air-freight delivery typically requires an additional 15–20 business days. The total estimated time from order to delivery is approximately 25–35 business days. Applicable tariffs are included unless otherwise stated in writing before purchase.

Accessories and Replacement Parts

Standalone replacement lenses and other standalone accessories do not require build time. Please allow approximately 7–10 business days for shipping within the United States. This estimate does not apply to factory-installed fiber cable extensions, which are supplied only with compatible machine orders and follow the machine’s production and freight schedule.

Order Tracking

Tracking or freight information will be provided when available after an order ships. Delivery estimates are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, weather, destination requirements, or other circumstances outside our control.

International Shipping

International availability and carrier options vary by destination. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and cooperating with any documentation or delivery requirements.
