RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

All Sales Are Final

All products sold by Master Blasters Laser Shop are built or supplied for the customer’s order. All sales are final.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled after they are placed. By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges that the order may enter processing or production immediately.

Returns and Refunds

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests for unwanted products, buyer’s remorse, ordering mistakes, changes in intended use, or products that are no longer needed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, contact info@masterblasterslaser.com promptly with the order number and supporting photographs or video.

We will review the reported issue and, where appropriate, coordinate a repair, replacement, replacement component, or other remedy. This policy does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Return Authorization

Do not send any product to an address without written authorization. If a repair, replacement, or other authorized remedy requires shipment, we will provide the appropriate destination and shipping instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
